Return & Refund Policy
Returnable Items
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Hornacek’s House of Golf within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), our processing time once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your financial institution to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you of your refund, via e-mail, after receiving and processing the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items
Hornacek’s House of Golf does not permit the return of or offer refunds for any customized or special ordered items, including clubs with shafts or grips that differ from stock.
Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item and want to return it or exchange it for the same item, please e-mail refunds@hornaceksgolf.com to receive your return authorization information and instructions on how to mail the damaged or defective product.
A replacement for the damaged or defective item will be sent to you within 3-5 business days after Hornacek’s House of Golf receives the original item from you.
NOTE: Hornacek’s House of Golf recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Hornacek’s House of Golf or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

Other Terms and Conditions
Hornacek’s House of Golf is not responsible for typographical errors. Hornacek’s House of Golf reserves the right to cancel any order you have placed if there was a typographical error on the Hornacek’s House of Golf online store concerning the pricing or availability of any item when you placed the order.
Hornacek’s House of Golf reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale on the Shop Hornacek’s House of Golf online store at any time.
To the extent permitted by law, all sales on the Shop Hornacek’s House of Golf online store are governed by Arizona law, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.
